Library This section contains GLPQ documents for you to download, most in Acrobat PDF format. Click on the name or icon of the document to initiate a download. PDF versions of the documents are in Acrobat 4.0 format; Microsoft Word documents are in Office 2001 format. PDF documents will load in your browser window — to save them to your computer, you may have to click on the ‘disk’ icon in the Acrobat toolbar (which will appear above the document when it opens). GLPQ completion funding application form and criteria This funding application form consists of two A4 pages. Please read the Criteria document carefully before completing the application form. For convenience, these forms have been set up to be filled out on screen — click with your mouse in text or check boxes, or move from one field to the next using the tab key.
