Am I eligible to register for an award?

In order to be eligible for registration with GLPQ Consortium, you must be a qualified Social Worker working in the Greater London area (or living in Greater London if currently unemployed).

Recognised qualifications are a CQSW, a Dip SW or a CSS. If you obtained your social work qualification overseas, you must hold a Letter of Verification from CCETSW or the GSCC in order to be eligible for registration.

There are some other qualifications which are considered as equivalent to the CQSW – if your qualification falls within this category, you are advised to contact GLPQ Consortium for further advice.

All applications to register for a Post-Qualifying or Advanced Award in Social Work must be accompanied by a photocopy of the certificate or Letter of Verification confirming your social work qualification.
