What are the main stages of the two routes?
Supported Learning Route
1. Registration with GLPQ
2. Select mentor
3. Familiarisation with the GSCC requirements
4. Needs assessment (comparison of your own competence / evidence against the GSCC competence requirements
5. Prepare learning plan
6. Identify where sufficient evidence already in place (AP(E)L)
7. Identify where additional evidence required (learning needs)
8. Plan portfolio
9. Gather appropriate and relevant evidence
10. Build portfolio
11. Submit portfolio to a GLPQ-accredited Assessment Centre
for assessment.
Accredited Course Route
1. Registration with GLPQ
2. Study course to completion
3. Notify GLPQ of results to claim the professional requirements linked to the course. |
